Paths™
Today's rewards programs require specialized software applications specifically designed to enable the full range of marketing capabilities intended to meet program objectives. While there are many "loyalty management systems" on the market today, most have been designed for large enterprises with significant IT resources and budgets. Others are scaled down versions of customer database software or the by-product of incentive inventory management, order/shipment and fulfillment packages.
What has been missing is a fully-functional, multi-channel, affordable loyalty management system that can be adapted to the:
- Small Business/SOHO marketplace
- Mid-market business enterprise
- Sales force and channel incentive program
- Mid-market consumer enterprise
- Employee motivation program
Reward Paths has adopted the proven loyalty management system of its parent company, Incentive Solutions Limited (New Zealand) and modified the application for the US Market. The application is known as Incentive Control™ and it currently operates more than a dozen programs with extremely different program rules, audiences and technology requirements. Incentive Control is based on standardized MS SQL technology and has complete customer database, query and reporting tools built-in. Incentive Control operates in a secure, hosted environment so you don't have to buy expensive hardware. You send us data files in virtually any format; we import them into Incentive Control, apply the program rules and run the entire back office operation for you. Incentive Control manages all loyalty points earning designs, all redemption and customer service activities and is deployed in a web-based model. All you need is a browser and your imagination!
We have also added special features and options typically not found in loyalty management systems. Incentive Control has a robust auction module that allows program members to bid points and auction bucks for special incentives and experiential reward choices. We have integrated the transactional database to standard geographic mapping software to aid your sales and marketing efforts. And, we include personalized wish lists, and seamless integration to a customized, on-line rewards catalog.
We know that if your program's technology platform is too cumbersome to run or too expensive to maintain, then your program will suffer. We also know that if your technology platform can not execute the many behavior changing elements required by well-designed loyalty programs, then why bother?
Technology Paths, powered by Incentive Control include:
- Relevant IT consulting and integration services
- Standard map and load routines for your customer and transactional files from multiple sources
- Complete infrastructure solution in a hosted environment with web access
- Web design and integration services to get your program up and running in the fastest possible time frame
- Standard reporting functions and integration to Analytical Paths
Incentive Control is the best-of-breed Loyalty Management System which powers the rewards, loyalty and incentive marketing programs of Reward Paths (US), Incentive Solutions (NZ) and Incentive Solutions Australia.
